I live in live in Signal Hill and I’ve been using Pet Sit Pros for the last 6 month to walk my two beagles Jack & Jill. Their dog walking service is reasonably priced and their dog walkers are friendly, professional, reliable and great with my pets. I love the online reservation system. It makes scheduling appointments and making payments a breeze. I’ve also used Jay’s pet sitting services when I go on vacation so that I can enjoy and not worry about my dogs! I highly recommend Pet Sit Pros to anybody with pets that lives in the Long Beach area. *****5 Stars!

They are extremely reliable and have helped me get out a bind on several occasions. They are professional and trustworthy and honestly, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. We recently found Jay and his team through the great review on Yelp. We were going overseas for 3 weeks, and had been searching catteries, but they were all so tiny and I didn’t want to leave our 2 cats in a box for 3 weeks. So we searched and found Jay. Jay emailed us back very quickly and was also the only one to provide referrals. We contacted them and they were all glowing. We booked Jay and one of his team for a “meet and greet” and he and Rebecca were fantastic. You can tell they both really care about animals and we had no worries after this. So we left for 3 weeks, and received regular updates which was great, a huge comfort. I’m not sure if our cats even cared we were home! Our apartment looked great, and more importantly the cats looked great. We will continue to use Jay’s service and have peace of mind that our cats are happy and extremely well looked after. 5 stars from me!

I just want to say that my experience with Jay and his team were phenomenal. I recently relocated to SoCal with my family and two little boys, Buddy and Sammy (my min pin and jack Russell mix). As if the new transition wasn’t enough, I had an upcoming trip to Hawaii to celebrate my wedding anniversary. I was so worried because I have no knowledge of dog services in the area and no one to share their experience with and particulate company. As a result of my move, I have become an avid yelper. This brought me across pet sitters. And I must say that after making several phone calls to other highly rated businesses, Jay responded promptly, whereas I might have received one other phone call out of at least 7 referrals. Though Pet Sitters had not yet expanded (officially) to my area, Jay was willing to consider it due to my circumstances. After meeting with Jay and my new pet sitter, Melvin, I knew my boys would be in good hands. They kept me updated about the status of the boys while I was out of town and even made time to talk with me about my trip. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and kindness.

Rebecca takes care of our two pups while we’re away at work. The only thing we have to worry about during the day is whether or not they’re behaving. The great thing is, PSP has a report card so we know what happens when we’re away. So far, our puppy has gone from “growl-chy and gruff” to a “doggone darling!” Thanks guys!

Pet Sit Pros are an answer to our prayers. We have 2 dogs and a cat that need care when we travel. Our little Boston Terrier needs extra care due to losing an eye and becoming completely blind. We did not want to leave him in a kennel , not only because of his disability, but in the past he would lose weight and come home tired and depressed. Jay was very responsive when I called to inquire about a trip only one week away. We were anxious about leaving our large, recently acquired rescue dog either in a kennel or in someone else’s home, but we didn’t think he’d have a great time on vacation with us, either. Jay set our minds at ease, quickly scheduled an appointment to meet our pets and introduce potential pet sitters, gathered appropriate information and provided a very professional contract.
We were happy that the pet sitter texted us daily and sometimes twice a day (at our request) about how our dog (and cats) were doing. She sent photos and told us about her walks with our dog, too.
The sitters were clearly animal lovers who were experienced with different types and breeds of pets; they clearly knew their job and what was expected of them.
When we got home, we found that, like a perfect houseguest, our sitter had stripped the bed we left for her and everything was exactly as we’d left it. Poop was picked up, litter was scooped, fresh water was out, and all 3 pets were content. Our mail was where we’d requested it be left, and my car had been moved as I’d requested. They thought of everything, asking if we wanted shades up, down or rotated, lights on or off, etc. Service was customized to our requirements.
I felt very secure knowing that my home would look lived in while I was gone and my pets were well cared for. PSP offers professional service at a reasonable price (we saw others charging 40% more) and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others. I got the very strong sense that if there were every a problem, Jay was the type of businessman who would make it right, and that’s really all I needed to know.Josette

My husband and I got a new puppy in January and immediately worried about not only finding a good puppy sitter/walker/playmate, but someone we could trust in our home. We found Pet Sit Pros online and took a chance. Jay was more than prompt in his reply to our request for more information and we scheduled a meet-and-greet within the first few days of puppy ownership.
We’ve used them several times now and have been completely satisfied with their care. We get texts and/or pictures after each visit and fun little “report cards” about whether our puppy was sweetheart or a stinker. AND, they pick up poop!
Three best things about our PSP team (Jay, Rebecca and Kenny):
1) They really seem to enjoy time with our dog, although, who wouldn’t? .
2) They are flexible with our schedule, specific instructions and cancellations/reschedulings.
3) They are always available and reply to texts, questions, requests and calls immediately.
